This hotel is in terrible condition and the rates are overpriced for what you get. We often stay at La Quinta properties and they are generally clean and comfortable. I'm not sure how this property came to wear the La Quinta badge because it is far from the La Quinta brand quality we have come to expect. La Quinta management:... More

For the same price that you pay here, you can get a better stay almost anywhere else. I use this location as a last resort. Old rooms, right off the 610 freeway. Only 1 entrance. Staff is helpful at least but other than that, wouldn't recommend.

I have nothing good to stay. It is the cheapest in the area for a reason. I thought La Quintas were a good brand. They need to divorce their brand from this property. I checked in late or I would have switched hotels once I saw the lobby and then my room. I asked the clerk at the front desk... More

Upon reservation and speaking with the front desk associate, I was never given my free snack/bottle of water that is promised to me for being an elite member of their rewards program. When told that I had 2 vehicles, they told me that each guest could only have 1 vehicle, and that if I parked the other in the complex... More

Hotel didn't have water for 6 hours, then we had to wait for the boiler to heat so that we could take showers. This hotel was priced at $149 per night which was overpriced. The quality of the rooms should have been in the $60-75 range. Very noisy area.

Wish I could delete the 1 star. They do not deserve it. Worst hotel ever. $79 dollars is a lie. Try $155. 1st night okay. 2nd day. No water for at least 4 hours. Then no hot water. Go to bed night 2 and water starts pooring from ceiling in bathroom. They switch our room. Morning of day 3 we... More

Day one was ok but the second day thing went bad. Hotel had no water for four hours that I know of. About ten that night water starts running from the ceiling the hotel staff switches us to another room. This was good other then they didn't update the switch at the front desk. Then next day we leave at... More

Staff need more training in all areas. Room was dusty (high and low). Staff not accommodating to needs when requested. There was a restriction on how many cars in one room could park on premises. Sparks came from microwave when heating up food. Bed linens ripped (need to be replaced). Over all just a horrible stay

We stayed here for stock show since it was so close and convenient. It is perfect location wise but don't expect a lot from hotel. Staff was great and accommodating! The hotel is old and in need of remodeling. Rooms have a musty stale smell. Our bath tub was dirty and backed up and took forever to drain. The sheets... More
