Expensive bar and restaurant. Called front desk about constant stool running in bathroom, came to fix 3 times hut did not get it done, finally just put up with it. However, at checkout, they did take one night off of my 10 day stay. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

Rented two rooms at this Hyatt for 5 days and was disappointed with our stay at this location. I was in Houston with my family for the USATF Junior Olympics and expected exceptional service as we have experienced at the Hyatt properties where we have stayed on the West Coast. However upon check in we were given keys to a... More

I stayed here for 7 nights and it was a nightmare. the area is a bit dodgy at night and the facilities at the hotel are basic. rooms are nice but not very well cleaned, took two days to empty a bin. There was loud noise every night and glasses were smashed all over the lift lobby doors banging and... More

There was a National track & field competition in Houston. We made reservations--they lost them. We were to have double rooms, the 3 of us slept in a king-bed. Really? Housekeeping should always clean the drain in the shower...GROSS!!!!! I only showered for 5 minutes..I was standing in water ankle deep!!! They were unprepared. When we checked out, they smiled... Hyatt North Houston has gone through a major remodel in the restaurant and bar areas giving them both a relaxed, inviting feeling for the visitor. It is always to good to see a stable staff and with Jorge, and Andreas still on staff I can always expect a hearty handshake and a hug. They make me feel like family. If... More

I stayed at the Hyatt for two months because I was training for a new job. First of all their shuttle service is a joke, make sure you call a good hour before you need to leave to where you're going. Almost every day me and 7-10 other people would wait 45 minutes to an hour for the shuttle after... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Valentine's Day. It was a very beautiful hotel. The scene seemed more for business traveling, seeing how it was close to the Bush Intercontinental Airport, but the room was very nice. I think it would also be great for those holding a wedding in the hotel and for the accommodation of their guest.

Arrived late on a Saturday night. The hotel is the nicest one close to the airport. Location is not the best in terms of entertainment nice all offices nearby so after dark it is very quite. Quite far from downtown but fit the purpose this time since I needed to be closer to the airport. Staff and service was good.... More
