I stayed here for work at the medical centers, and enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and responsive, and the shuttle service is very reliable (to/from the medical center during the day, and to/from restaurants at night). The complimentary breakfast is excellent and available from 6-9 am (no other food options are available, however...no on-site cafe or restaurant). The... more

Stayed here for work at Shell Oil IT operation next door. Nice clean hotel with all the amenities. Breakfast is good, staff is for the most part accommodating. Internet is absolutely useless - they have to get an upgrade. Only place it worked was the lobby. YOU MUST HAVE A CAR to get around as there is no alternative transportation... more

I had things to do near the hotel, so I found the location to be ideal. Naturally, if I had needed to go to the Galleria, and I forgot to rent or bring a car, that might have been a problem, It's Houston, not New York! Apparently, a guest forgot that and had trouble getting a cab. Yeah, I guess... more

While this hotel is clean, I would NOT recommend staying here, especially if you need to rely on taxis for transportation. First, we asked for three days in a row for the drain in the bath/shower to be unclogged, which was never done. Standing in inches of water while taking a shower is not my idea of fun. Much worse... more

Rooms are nice and clean, but the beds are a bit hard and the AC unit (and in houston, you will need that running) is a bit loud. The common areas like the hallway and the lobby were very warm, not quite as warm as it was outside, but the AC was clearly not being used in those areas. Breakfast... more

I really liked our stay at this hotel this weekend. The front desk lady was very nice, treated us with courtesy and respect. Everything was hassle free. The beds, pillows and comforters were nice, soft and comfortable. Our room was quiet and we were able to sleep well. The continental breakfast was very nice, waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt, eggs and... more

Stayed here for 4 nights during the NCAA tournament. Located about 1/2 mile (easy to walk) from Reliant Stadium. Suite was very comfortable and the flat screen tv in the living room was awesome. Breakfast was generally good. Waffle bar, juice, pastries, yogurt, oranges and apples. Egg and sausage was mediocre. Two computers, a printer, and a fax machine in... more

My family of four stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting Rice University. It was well located for our purposes (near Rice, Rice Village and about 15 minutes from the Galleria mall). The hotel was very quiet and the rooms were clean and in above average condition (the hotel appears to be fairly new). The public spaces are... more

We stayed here 2 nights to attend a Houston Texans game. It was a great hotel. Nice and clean, we really like to 2 rooms and 2 TVs in the suite. Dad watched football on one tv while we watched a movie on the other. We stayed here because of the closeness to Relient Staduim. We walked right over to... more
