This hotel was the worst hotel with the worst staff that we have ever
stayed at. We reserved a non smoking room. When arrived at 4:30p we were given a smoking room. The smoke smell was so strong I couldn't stay 5 minutes in the room. We went back to the desk to get another room. They gave us a key to another room. It was a smoking room and the room hadn't been cleaned. We went back to the desk and they said there wasn't any non smoking rooms and they would get someone to clean the room. The smoke smell wasn't too bad so we agreed. We went to dinner and when we returned we went into the bathroom and the back
of the bathroom door had a hole punched in it. At 9:30p we had a knock at our door. It was the hotel staff asking us what we were doing in the room they said it was not to be occupied. We explained and they said ok. Anout 10:30 pm I noticed there was no smoke detector only wires hanging from the wall... more
