We stayed here for 7 nights and it was ok. The room is nice and the bed is very comfortable...very small bathroom. The service is ok, they have an outstanding concierge called Barbara...one of the best ! Service is pretty good with friendly staff, but the rooms are terrible. Probably should be a Holiday Inn - not a JW Marriott. I had to spend a night in Houston on business so I picked the JW Marriot due to its location - right next to the Galleria. It was a good choice !
