I stayed there one nighf for a business meeting. They are doing a renovation of the rooms which is drastically needed!! My room had patched carpet, peeling wall paper, leaking faucets and the shower was terrible!! I glad I only stayed one night. It is not worth the price at all!! I will stay somewhere else next time for sure!! more

II had a very nice stay last year, rooms and food well above average. I spoke to someone who stayed 10-1-08. The hotel was damaged during the hurricane. The roof top restaurant is closed due to damage. The new Shula’s restaurant is supposed to be good There is ongoing work to the hotel more

I frequently stay at Hyatt for two reasons...quality and service. The Hyatt in downtown Houston is the EXCEPTION! This was absolutely the worst Hotel experience.
