My husband and I celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary at the Hyatt Regency Houston. It was such a wonderful experience. Everyone, I mean, EVERYONE was so friendly and pleasant. From the valet person, to the lady at the front desk and our waiter at Shula's. OMG! They even gave us a complimentary champagne. We didn't expect this at all. It... More

Stayed there for a Baseball game. Vallet is a bit high (staff very nice), but the complimentary shuttle to and from the game is a plus. Room was super clean, beds were comfy, staff was very, very nice!!!! Will stay there again :) And....kids totally loved the elevator :) Compared to some of the other Hyatt's we stayed at before,... Stayed one night but the view from the pool at night was wonderful. Enjoyed the room. Pillows were small but everything else made up the difference. Breakfast the next morning at Shula's was fabulous. Would definitely stay again. With in walking distance to many things.

I stayed 6 nights at the hotel in early July, selected it due to proximity to the office I was visiting. This is a top-notch hotel with great restaurants, spectacular atrium bar, spacious guest room, and comfortable bed. There's also sufficient toiletries provided and a coffee machine with starbucks coffee powder. There's a card in your room to let you... More

I've stayed at a number of Hyatt Regency hotels and they can be hit or miss. But this one was very nice all around. The hotel was obviously not new, but they did a good job keeping it modernized and well kept. Our room was nice with a good sized bathroom and decent sized LCD tv. It was also a... More

I will keep this simple: Very nice hotel, staff were excellent, very friendly and great knowledge of local area. Concierge in particular was fantastic, apologies I can't remember his name, Rooms are big, very business like which isn't a bad thing, very clean and coffee machine etc plus water... Location wise it was ok, Houston in general isn't a typical... More

I will say that first and foremost this hotel's staff goes out of it's way to help with any thing that may come up. Kurt at the front desk is a superstar. My only problem having stayed the night of the Jay Z / Beyonce "On the Run" Tour is that you know exactly when your neighbor decides to make... More

I recently stayed at this hotel as a conference room attendee. I enjoyed my visit, and would stay here again. The pluses: There was a shuttle that could take guests around to various near-by locations. Pleasant lobby and rooms. Interesting elevators that you could watch going up and down on the inside of the atrium lobby. Restaurants within walking distance.... More

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were nice and clean. The lady didn't change the sheets the first night but she did the remainder of the stay. The pillows felt great. Everything was expensive but what do you expect. Came for event so everything was fabulous.
