This is a horrible horrible place. The website LIES about the complimentary breakfast, IT DOES NOT EXIST. You have to pay for breakfast regardless EVEN COFFEE. The rooms smell!! The maid staff is nice BUT they don't speak good English. My husband asked for toilet paper and we got TOWELS. My advice is spend your money else where. Once Hurricane... more

The most unfriendly staff in Texas. The young lady Vanessa at the front desk was a total snob. When I arrived at the desk, one associate was taking a reservation over the phone and Vanessa was writing something down on paper and never acknowledged me.
