The staff in the hotel are very nice. The hotel itself is a little old school, but clean and quiet. The location is great for getting downtown and to the museums on the metro rail. The price is reasonable compared to other Houston hotels.

The rooms are big and perfect.
The people are friendly at the counter as well at the bar and breakfast.
