Fantastic staff! Wonderful little touches like cookies and milk in the room for the kids and bath robes just their size. Also fresh fruit flavored ice water in the lobby. Always a plus in the summer. We'll be back for sure.

The employees at the hotel was extremely friendly from the valet, front desk and wait staff. Was upgraded to a suite. The space was nice though it was right next to two service closets so from the sitting area there was a lot of unwelcomed noise. The pool area was very nice. The most disappointing feature was the food from... More

Very nice hotel. Very pretty and cordial receptionist at the front desk. Loved the large workout area and the location is perfect for downtown. The in room dining was average. I thought the food was a bit salty, but copious portions.

Let me preface this by saying this is my first Four Seasons, so the small things really stood out as something that differentiated the Four Seasons from other hotels. Overall, I felt like this was taking a step back in time where all the formalities were observed. We tended to stay in the hotel, rather than take trips around Houston,... More

Be prepared to speak to a whole lot of staff members, almost at every turn. Also, don't expect the luxury vehicles that the hotel uses for shuttles to venture to the zoo or to the aquarium, those two places are not in their radius of service. Also, don't be fooled by the rating as a family friendly local. The hotel... More

I stayed here a few nights for business and I have to admit this is not like most Four Seasons hotels you would imagine. This property is in need of a serious face lift throughout. The staff was OK, but not as helpful and courteous to the Four Seasons level I am accustomed to. I will try other properties out... More

Checked in the other night after our United flight from Nassau was delayed and we missed our connecting flight to L.A. also United, anyway, with half our luggage as United decided to send half our luggage to LA without us and I had to wait an 90 minutes for them to retrieve our other luggage that went into storage, not... My son and I just came back from a jet set city each day thru America Tour. We stayed at four seasons hotels in each city. Maybe I'm jaded but this property was old compared to all the others. It was the first hotel that had only a tub in the bathroom. I had room service for breakfast and the... More

great location, amazing staff, very nice hotel accomodations. the gym was terrific (slightly crowded, so others agreed), and all in all would stay here again in a minute. seems more business than families staying here. I didn't get a chance to try the food other than a continental breakfast which was good. the business conference rooms are also A plus.

wonderful staff, excellent facilities and great location. I loved the gym. The complimentary coffee and water downstairs was great. Being able to go to the Phoenician (sp) market/bar across the street was a definite plus. Will go back soon.
