I have stayed at the four seasons 6 times in the past year and love this hotel It is perfect for business travellers, the rooms are big, luxurious and very comfortable. The hotel has one of the best gyms of any hotel in the world. more

I just stayed at the hotel for 7 days on business. The hotel is beautiful in all ways. I spent 4 glorious hours at the pool upon my arrival, relaxed and got ready for a busy work week. Breakfast room service had healthy and fresh selections and the complementary in town car service and nightly shoe shine makes life easy.... more

While in town to attend a friend's wedding (and rehearsal dinner) at the hotel, we took advantage of the opportunity to do some sightseeing as well. The concierge was extremely helpful. Were were able to use public transportation - convenient to the Hotel - to get to the Museum District. The room was cozy and comfortable and the bathroom good.... more

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room was huge, bathroom exquisite and was just a block away from the George Brown Convention center. Staff was very nice, helpful and maid service was twice a day. Just a couple of things that I would make note of is that there was no coffee maker in the room ( although... more

I stayed at the Four Seasons Houston recently for the first time in several years and was surprised at how poorly the property had aged. It is in desperate need of renovation. The guest room furnishings are worn, and the decor is tired. Bathroom was small. There was a surprising amount of street noise heard in the room, even on... more

The minute you walk in the door, you can smell that the hotel is old. It has a stuffy feel and dark interior that seriously date it. That being said, the service was fantastic. They make sure that everything is taken care of and you feel right at home. I must say in this review that I ordered a steak... more

I don’t have to remind anyone who has ever stayed at a Four Seasons’ property that the service is unparalleled. From the moment one arrives at Valet, the “service with a smile” experience is second to no-one. As meeting planner I am always looking at Hotels and their ability to facilitate potential clients. I was happily surprised to see that... more

It had been two years since my last stay. Boy, what 24 months can mean. Time had shown on the decor and furnishings. They were dated, but no more. The room was nice. It appeared that from ceiling to floor was a re-do. Finally a flatscreen and i-pod adapter for the radio. Ah, the little things. The resturant was good... more

We booked an executive suite for the weekend Friday- Sunday. I could tell the hotel was dated by the entry. The lighting is very 1980's & early 90's. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Our rooom was less then impressive. They had old CRT TV's, not LCD's as advertised. They alaso advertisted DVD players in the executive... more

This hotel is not over-the-top elegant, but is tastefully decorated, and the service is outstanding. (We originally reserved a room at the Lancaster Hotel after reading its Frommer's recommendation. Please see my review for more information.) We quickly realized we needed to find another hotel, so using priceline I reserved a 5 star for $167. Five mins later we arrived... more
