A few things stand out about my recent stay with my husband and 21 month-old son. 1) Everyone that we interacted with was extremely friendly. The folks at the front desk, the people I spoke with on the phone after we pricelined the room (but needed to add a crib), the managers we saw on the elevator, the nice woman... more

Rude Rude Rude. Rude to my girlfriend (no apology, just a crappy fruit basket). Hotel was loud. Dont get me started about waiting for elevators and having no stairs. The sauna was fictional though the signs were still there. The final straw was that the front desk were unhelpful, unfriendly, and always made out like they were doing me some... more

There are a lot of good points about this hotel that make it well worth the money, especially if you can find a decent price on a room. The rooms are very roomy, with very comfortable beds. While nothing extremely fancy, you know by your room that you are in a hotel that cares about it's appearance and room satisfaction.... more

I had my wedding reception at the Hilton Post Oak a year ago. It was absolutely fantastic! The attention to every little detail was perfect. We several guests that stayed at the hotel for several days and almost 500 guests at our reception. All of our guests were all impressed by the hotel and staff during their stay. Our out... more

Stayed here for 2 nights in May 2009. I also stayed here in 2006 and enjoyed it just as much. This was an older Doubletree Hotel that was extensively renovated and modernized a few years ago into a 4 Star Hilton. I was upgraded do the executive level both for this stay and during my previous stay in 2006. The... more

We were here for a big Oil show(OTC) and the hotel was mainly booked by people going to the same venue, therefore a few events happening around the hotel, which makes for a more sociable stay. As for the hotel, very comfortable, loads of space, food was good and staff were very efficient and friendly. The location of this hotel... more

Nice hotel. I stayed in the club floor. Nice rooms and everything is just like you can expect from a 5 star hotel, though don't expect any "wow" factor. The club lounge offers breakfast. I guess Americans do enjoy their breakfast different than Europeans, but if you are happy with a bagel, muffin, coffee and diet coke, you are okay... more

I booked via priceline and got a great rate. I was timid about what I would see after reading several of the negative reviews. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very big and up-to-date. I found it clean and not at all noisy. I am always annoyed when you have to pay for parking (especially with lots of... more
