We stayed here for LSU Wisconsin game. Very good location. Staff encountered in all areas are well trained to deal with guests. Some reviewers complain about the hotel being worn. However, we found the property well maintained and attractive.

I don't say a hotel is really bad very easily, but My experience at Hilton Post Oak was awful. The room was super shabby with paint coming off the walls in several places. There was a hole in the ceiling with tape over it. Worst of all... It was like the room hadn't been cleaned before I arrived. The toilet... More

I have been staying here for 15 years or so and I keep coming back so it must be OK. Front desk staff are always friendly and efficient, the parking is convenient. Downsides...the rooms are now a little tired and need refreshing. Not run down at all, just a little dated. Beware though, the room A/C is pretty noisy when... More

Sometimes you don't know what to expect with chain hotels but I was pleasantly surprised with this Hilton. Welcoming lobby with very pleasant and helpful front desk. The room was nicely updated and very clean! Only thing I would point out is that the door to the toilet/shower room had some dirty fingerprint marks but overall a very comfortable and... More

The room was clean, large and modern. The wi-fi worked well. Check in was polite and efficient and check out was seamless. The lobby was clean, large and pretty. I did not hear a lot of noise in the hotel at all. The location was great. There were no parking problems.

From the minute I walked up to check in with Sammy the service was outstanding. You know you are staying first class when you book third party and you are treated professionally. The better hotels are respectful. I had called ahead and gave my Hilton Honors # on the two rooms I had booked. I was offered a bottle of... More

Experience less than optimal due to aging property although the front lobby area is extremely nice. The main problem are the rooms which are older and need a fresh look. The always were noisy the night we were there as some rowdy guests on the same floor. We understand the hotel can seldom control their guests but soundproofing may need... More

Hotel is very nice and in a great location. Rooms are a little pricey but very clean. Executive Lounge has great views and the snacks are OK but cocktails are expensive. I stayed at this hotel on numerous occassions and never had an issue.

Our stay in the second floor had easy access to the pool that kids loved, overall average room except for the bathroom that needed an update. The parking is crazy, dont go out at night on a weekend because there will be no parking and yet pay 17.50 including taxes.

This Hilton is not what you are used to see around the world. The rooms are very old and the bathrooms are outdated too. The staff is kind, specially at the front desk and at the valet parking. The parking fee is expensive even if you are a guest. Breakfast is not included and there are no many options to... More
