A good spot in Houston. Quiet room. Walking distance to shopping and pharmacy. Very close to highway access. Room service was great. The Lounge also served wonderful snacks. Views were pretty minimal, mostly parking garages.

I stayed here for two night during Spring Break. It's very nice and the room was great...nice size and the bed was fantastic. We splurged on room service breakfast one of the days and it was great. You can walk to many restaurants and stores from here, including the galleria.

I have stayed in many Hilton properties over time and this was not one of my better experiences. The toilet smelled like urine which made me wonder how clean everything else in the room truly was. The high school where my husband and I both teach held their prom here this weekend. The hotel is in a great location and the staff were terrific. I read many reviews about this hotel before my stay. Everything I had read did not prove true for my stay. Staff was good and friendly, rooms were clean and neat, somethings yes were a little outdated, but its well worth the stay if you can get a room at a discounted rate. The hotel needs updating for a 4* hotel, Internet very expensive, shuttle request to be picked up took over an hour to arrive. Would not stay here again when I visit Houston. But the staff are very nice and friendly, handy for the shops.

I think the hotel is overpriced. I liked the service. Rooms are spacious. The business lounge on Floor 14 is very convenient for having a cup of coffee from time to time.
