Ended up there desperately looking for a safe hotel. Everything was dirty and stale and uncomfortable. The clerk was not helpful at all. Walls are paper thin. Sketchy, scantily clad women walked in and out of the motel at all hours of the night. Slept on top of the covers out of fear.

Unclean in all areas including the bedroom, restroom and the regular space within the room. Roaches found in the restroom and around the bed area. no breakfast service, they say wifi available but doesn't connect in the rooms. There are students who come to the lobby and occupy the space and wifi

This must go down as the worst hotel in the history. It's dirty, filthy and insects everywhere. They are robbing people that are in a bad situation and have no where to stay. To start off, there is a elderly red headed lady who refuses to tell you her name is there to check you in. She has told us... More

I had the misfortune of staying here for several nights and felt compelled to write a review. The key issues are: - room was filthy - clumps of hair, sticky floor, full of dust and dirt on every surface - towels are dirty, discoloured, hairy and have various biological residues adhered to them - despite being a clean person and... This is a decent place that is very clean! Quiet even located very close to the Southwest Freeway. Within reasonable walking distance to a Starbucks, a very nice Supermarket, and tons of places to eat.

I'm an international student who stayed at this horrible place going by word of mouth, it's so horrible that I just moved out in 4days even though I paid for the whole month in advance (no refunds!) bedbug infested, acidic yellow cold water that stinks like fish, horrible maintenance with hair everywhere. When told about the bedbugs the manager just... More

Stayed here one night, were given a room on the 4th (top) floor. Lobby sterile looking and plain, was not impressed. Got to room, was surprised . . . nice room. We had room 429, very large room with 2 dbl bed, dresser, mini refrig, microwave, medium round table and two chairs, big tv, iron/board, tile floor, large balcony. The... More

If you like hairy bed sheets, cockroaches, bed bugs, terrible service, an almost abandoned building, bad smell everywhere and all of the terrible things you can find at a hotel, then stay here, because that is what you´ll find in this hotel. I had no choice but to stay here. Plan ahead and STAY AWAY as far as possible from... More

I will begin at the very beginning. When we pulled up I ran in to get checked in. I asked where to park and the attendant said "It's safer up front, park under a light." That should have been my first clue! The smell in the lobby was not appealing. What I didn't realize is that the floor we were... More

This is absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. The common areas and even the rooms smell of strong chemical disinfectants. The halls are scary. The rooms and bathrooms are dirty. The elevators creak and stink. The location is convenient, but the noise from the freeways is constant day and night. No ice machine in the entire hotel works.... More
