The room smelled sour. There were roaches coming out of the shower drain. The water in the shower were orange with rust. They are bed bugs!!! The bathroom was not clean as there were water spots on the mirror. The sheets looked clean as I refused to sleep on the comforter or blanket. I did not let my feet touch... more

Stay down the road. Look elsewhere for a room. I can't believe Best Western will allow it's name on this place. It is NOT Best! Upon ariving could not find staff. He was in the back. It was late and he was alone. The place smelled like bug spray. Not a good sign. While getting a room, He answered the... more

Read old reviews and it appears hotel is getting a bad rap post Katrina. Hotel appears to have had recent renovations. Recently attended a convention of around 50. Good large size banquet room (former night club?) where we could hang out, bring our own food, beer, wine, etc, and play music. Good on site caterer for our banquet. No handicapped... more

I booked my stay via Hotels.com and it has become apparent to me that they have recently changed their business model, and in my opinion the reason for my visit to the Greenway Inn and Suites. I was a faithful Hotels.com consumer, until this my second horrific experience. In my opinion, 'any business that chooses to outsource it's customer care... more

Poor hotel that looks like it is a reject from a housing project. It stank and I didn't feel safe. They have free internet, and the breakfast was pretty good for us. They had waffles and cereal. I couldn't believe that. The hallway to our room had no lights so anything could have happened to me or my children! The... more

I had a non-smoking room which was adequate - this is not the Ramada!. After I checked out and on the way to the airport I discovered that my digital camera had been stolen - my bag had never left the room. My complaint fell on deaf ears, basically "not our problem". Traveler beware! more

We got there and it appeared the room had been used after maid service had been though. There was a dirty towel and dishes in the sink. The coffee and soap had been used. I folded down the blankets on the bed and found the bedspread had a fresh looking blood like stain on the back. We asked for fresh... more

We thought the outside looked okay and had easy access to highway, but that was where any good ended. I felt we were given a random room price as the person who checked in behind us was quoted $10 cheaper for the same room! The problems continued as we went to our room on the third floor and there were... more

We, along with several other parents and children who are members of a sports team, recently stayed at this hotel. The lobby area was beautiful and very deceiving of the actual quality of the hotel. First of all, the elevator was very small. Only about 4 adults could fit into it at one time. The doors of the elevator closed... more

This is the worst hotel that I ever stayed in. Please do not stay here with your family. It is dirty and has a creepy atmosphere. The staff is horrible, it smells sour. We had no hot water in the bathroom and other guests were given a passcard to our room on the second night, they walked into our room... more
