I had always thought of staying here and finally did. I reconnected with my high school sweetheart after 30 yrs. of not seeing her. We decided to meet at ZaZa for the weekend. What a great Hotel! From check in to check out, everything was exceptional. We both were familiar with the Hotel when it was the Warwick. Very familiar,... more

From the moment we drove up we were greeted and treated like royalty! Hotel ZaZa is impeccable in detail!! The foyer is absolutely beautiful! It has a modern flare but has a very comfortable, relaxing feel to it. The rooms are beautiful. Everything is somewhat dark and seductive - perfect for a couples weekend getaway to reconnect! We stayed in... more

Absolutely beautiful hotel, elegant, fabulous service, and a touch naughty. Hotel ZaZa is not for the conservative traveler, with a decadent decor that is both chic and risque. Weekend champagne hours, posh bedding, spicy candy and votive candles at turn-down all add to the overall experience that is ZaZa. I would highly recommend for a romantic getaway, or a group... more

Great hotel, great location, incredible room service food delivered sooner that promised and always hot and fresh. The rooms are spacious, well apointed, nicely decorated and clean. Rooms generally very quiet. Bathrooms conveniently designed with comfortable showers. Staff always willing to attend to needs. Valet parking a bit of a hassle, chaotic and pricey but if you call ahead, car... more

The location is great, very near the Medical Center and the Museum District...next to parks and beautiful places to walk. It used to be a traditional and nice hotel but now it is too trendy for my style. The decoration is horrible and you never really feel at home. We had lunch once in the restaurant, just a Ceasar Salad....probably... more

First let me start with another WOW for the ZaZa Houston. We intended on staying at another hotel in down town Houston. When I arrived at the Valet I quickly decided against staying there. My wife scrambled to the computer and quickly booked us a stay at the ZaZa. I was blown away the minute I arrived in the Valet.... more

The hotel has a fun, funky vibe, but not so much so that it feels weird. The service is first rate - extremely attentive. I traveled with my 16 year old and 6 year old, and both really enjoyed just being at the hotel. Something about the place just makes you feel cool. We did have room service once and... more

Great location near the med center, Rice University, and museum district. They work hard to make everything look higher class than Houston, and pull it off, mostly. more
