I am relocating to Houston and needed a place to stay until I could locate an apartment or house. My first week was at a Holiday Inn Express just east at Dairy Ashford. WOW what a difference ESA is. From the first drive thru the parking lot and seeing a portable basketball goal next to the pool in the parking... More

I have stayed at Extended Stay hotels in Indiana and felt them a value for the money. I partly chose this hotel to have the use of a kitchen. The night we checked in and again the next day I requested the kitchen items I wanted. I never received them. It took 3 separate requests to get a lightbulb. The... More

Got there by accident, my travel coordinator did a sloppy job and did not bother to look this place up before booking. It stank in every sense of the word. As if somebody were boiling goat hides in fish broth or something. The place gets two points out of five, not one, only because it's cheap and the personnel was... More

The room was not clean, the kitchen had broken furnishings, and the refrigerator was ugly, dented, and you could see where repairs were made and just covered up. I stayed in room 117, which is right by the vending area and exit (not a problem) but the problem with the vending area is there were two trash bags on top... More

I'm sorry, but how this place can justify the price is astounding, it's a complete dump frequented by itinerates. The room should be first fumigated, then destroyed, I've seen better presented and cleaner dog kennels, it's unbelievably bad. I will not share my room with cockroaches, I will not accept three coat hangers and an open wardrobe as standard and,... More

The room was not clean, room service only once a week. If you want clean towels, you have to get them from the front desk (which only on person works there). Everything is out-dated! Stay away from this place! I will never return here!

I needed a temporary place to stay while in Houston. The cheap price on this one at the edge of Katy fit the bill. However, you get what you pay for. The hotel was in such disrepair it was unbelievable. Broken cabinets, coffee table, patched hole in the wall, toilet not level and crooked, crumbling caulk in bathroom, hairdryer won't... More

I wrote a review about this place in February and it has been removed. This is probably because my review concerend the fact that the room we were in (Room 249) had bed bugs and my husband and I were bitten. I do have photographic evidence and it has taken 3 weeks shy of the 1 year mark to get... More

The refrigerator was not cleaned up from previous people, it had food left overs and opened drinks. Microwave had food particles left, floors and walls had sticky stuff, grime on them. Drawer handles for kitchen cabinets had food particles and grime/dirt. Bathtub in bad shape with broken plastic.

The rooms were very nice and they were clean but the walls are so thin you hear any noise that your neighbors make. Including kids running and jumping in the rooms above you. We asked for clean sheets for the sofa bed and was told there was none clean would have to wait for them to wash some. We never... More
