Bathroom facilities: you can hear the water plumbing from other people's bathrooms. The water pipes make a very loud noise when switched on. Towels are rough. Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries are nice. This place is expensive, but good. So, you get what you pay for. Location next to the Convention Center is ideal if you are in town for a convention, and the excellent Massa's Seafood restaurant across from the Four Seasons is walking distance. The service staff is wonderful, The rooms are great, the spa is deligthful I really liked the robes! The 75 foot lap pool and whirlpool were excellent along with the roof top terrace. The rooms are very nice. The bathroom is a nice size as well. They only have 2 shuttles - sometimes the wait is long for the shuttle. The staff was pleasant. I am currently staying in The Hilton Americas hotel, a property comparable to other lodging that I frequent such as the Omni, Westin, Hyatt & other Hilton properties.
