We had a business trip in Houston near Reliant Park and wanted a hotel close enough to walk. This Comfort Suites had everything we needed - a reasonable price, sitting area in the room with free wireless, refrigerator, microwave, makeup mirror, free breakfast and friendly staff. I booked three nights at this room in early November. Like many hotels in the Hoston area, it seemed overpriced (50% more than what I'd pay for comparable accomodations in the outskirts of Chicago). I stayed at the one at Willowbrook Mall. They gave wrong information in order to obtain the reservation. The follow up at the hotel and corporate level is absolutely horrible. They don't mind continuing to lie to you both in conversation and correspondence. Their indiffernce to the customer is just unbelievable. more

We booked this hotel on the weekend of the Houston Quilt Festival when just about every hotel near downtown was completely sold out. Just returned from a week at the Comfort Suites in Houston. The hotel is great and so is the service. It is close to Astroworld, Relaint Stadium, and other Houston attractions. It was hot in Houston... but the facilites at the Hotel were extermely well kept, and cool. more
