The hotel overall was very nice. Shopping, restaurants, services were very accessible. I was particularly happy with the staff. Domingo, as a breakfast host was fantastic. He was gracious and very helpful and entertaining as well. He presented as a very professional yet personable member of the Hilton family. The front desk staff members were very helpful as well. Numerous... more

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to a social function we were going to and because I am Hilton Honors member. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. It has all the conveniences I expect for business travel. more

The servers at the restaurant we the best. Very helpful and friendly. The AC in the rooms was not very good. Had to keep the curtains closed and could not get the temperature below 72. Found out it is not an AC unit but a water chiller. more

1st and last stay. Used the pool and tried to get towels for 1 hour, had to ask four times. Person came out to our table and addressed only our table and simply said pool is closed. Other 30 people in pool got to continue swimming. We stay in hotels on average 10 to 15 times a year never ever... more

This incident took place on the weekend and we give our guest ample time to get their belongings after instructing them that the pool is closing. We make sure that the pool closes near the correct time, so guest sleeping aren't distracted by the pool noise. We have addressed the towel issue and have mad sure there is more then...

Orbitz gave us a great deal. There was some hair on the sheets when we first got there but it wasn't that big of a problem. The bathroom was kind of small but not unbearable. They provided us with a mini fridge (that didn't stay that cool) and a microwave. The in-room movies were ridiculously priced and the room service... more

I've stayed at this property at least 3 times in the last year or so. I have found them to be consistent in a good way with cleanliness, service, etc. The rooms are your typical HGI rooms with the little fridge and microwave. The bathroom is a nice size with quite a bit of counter space. The location is convenient... more

We had a family gathering in Houston and my cousin ran out of room at her house, so I needed a place to stay for the weekend. I wanted somewhere close to where she lived, that had a pool and had restaurants within walking distance. This hotel met all of my needs and exceeded my expectations!! After reading some of... more
