My wife and I stayed here while she was undergoing radiation treatment at M. D. Anderson. The rooms are clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Paid $30 per night on Priceline. Hotel was clean & convenient. The problem was the smoking. This place is right next to the cancer hospital. It seems that every patron of the hotel was standing outside smoking cigarettes. I guess it was the stress of having someone in the hospital??
