I have been a road warrior for the past thirty years. The room provided had a filthy bathroom floor. I notified the front desk immediately. I received an apology but no action. I've stayed here several times in the past, but it's been awhile. I think the ownership has changed because the maintenance is missing in action. This room is showing serious wear. if they were giving rooms away I would rather pay to stay somewhere else. It smelled bad the free breakfast was not worth the price and they couldn't even give us a reciept when we checked out. quality is a poor description of this hotel unless you mean BAD quality,

Had a room on the 4th floor, right by the center/elevator area. Wifi was unusable on any of my devices. No batteries in TV remote, few accessible outlets for charging. Coffee in the lobby was cold. Just don't seem to be trying very hard here.

For the most part the hotel is quiet and the rooms are comfortable. I stayed here on business for 4 days. The bad aspects: 1. The breakfast is terrible. I can understand why it's free. 2. Terrible Terrible Terrible people at the front desk. i will never come here again. when we checked in she had a bad attitude from start. then to top it off there was no cold air coming out of the ac. not good
