My 4 month old and I stayed at this hotel while my husband was in Houston on business and it was a GREAT place! The pool is super warm so it was great to take her swimming and she never got cold. The rooms are very nice with updated bathrooms and home touches - Hooks where you would have them in your home, comfy mattresses and fluffy duvets and pillows. NO scratchy sheets or "sex" blanket covers. The free breakfast is excellent and the staff were mostly great - The only complaint we had was the cleanliness of the rooms. It was like they started cleaning but then forgot to finish areas. Other than that - Fantastic stay and super location too. more

I travel frequently to Houston and have stayed at the Hampton Inn Willowbrook 10 times in the past year. The property is typical of what you would expect from the updated Hampton Inns - new decor, small but efficient rooms, great bed, free breakfast. The staff at this hotel is excellent - same people all year. Very friendly and go out of their way to help. Whenever I ask for advice of food or shopping they offer options, print out maps, or make calls to find out my answers. Its also is a great location - a parking lot of a large mall. There are probebly 25 resturants within 1/2 mile, many you can walk to. I will continue to stay at this hotel and recommend it to my co-workers and clients. more
