its an irony, but its a good hotel run by horrendous people. i stayed for 2 days and they charged me for 3 days, i dont know why/...i am not going there for sure..beware of your credit card info. they take it and then charge on it anything..

We had a 24 hour layover, so I chose a pricier hotel than usual, hoping to take advantage of the amenities. was impressed by the customer service of Destiny P. She was very helpful, cordial and provided requested information and service at her level best. The hotel doesn't have any elevator. Card making machine was broken whenever I checked in. Hotel staffs provided their level best to minimize the inconvenience. Wifi was on/off.

No Bed Cover 1st room. Got that resolved, then A/C unit quit working. Got assigned a new room. Moved all of our stuff, and then problem with satellite service and bad reception/ TV.
