We have family in Houston and have stayed at several hotels in the Galleria area and this one is definitely not the best. We stayed here over the Christmas holidays and 7 cars were broken into in the parking lot, the breakfast buffet was so overwhelmed it took an hour to get scrambled eggs, and the A/C wouldn't go below... more

The location of the Embassy Suites is awesome - right next to the Galleria Shopping Center and several restaurants. The hotel itself was not the highlight of my business trip to Houston. I don't like the atrium - all hotel rooms have windows people can look in as they walk by. Rooms are large, but dark, dated and ugly. more
