For the money this hotel is worth it. The hotel is right near the entrance to the airport and the shuttle runs frequently. Kudos to housekeeping. more

The room and hotel were as to be expected for the price - nothing special, but nothing to take issue with either. The hotel is actually farther from the airport than I had anticipated, which would have been okay except for the shuttle. It took a little under an hour from the time I arrived at the shuttle pick-up location... more

We apologize for the length of time it took to pick you up from the airport. Depending on various situations (ie. airport is busy, down flights, and traffic around the airport) it might take a little bit longer than usual. Normally if there are no other passenger pickups it will not take long to pickup the guests. Again we do...

I requested that the travel agent not book me at this hotel again. The shuttle driver took forever to pick us up and it seriously smelled like a wet dog in the hallway and in the room. There were hairs in the bathroom which creeped me out. more

We apologize for the situation you encountered at our hotel. We have renovated the hotel with new carpeting in the guestrooms, hallways, lobby and breakfast area. We are also currently installing new mattresses and bed duvets. Please try us again. If you have any problems please ask for the manager and we will take care of it. Thanks, Management.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on a prepaid trip booked through Travelocity. Upon returning home I found that almost a week later the hotel had charged my credit card 3 times over 3 days! I called them to explain that I had only stayed 1 night and it was prepaid through Travelocity. I got the impression they... more

We apologize for the situation you encountered at our hotel. This definitely not indicative of type of staff we have at the hotel. We have currently all new staff and they are all trained to take care of the guest. If you ever have any problems, please ask to talk to the manager and I will respond ASAP. Thank you,...

My experience from the time I made reservations until the time I checked out was horrible! Management had no interest in resolving my problems and acted as if we were a bother. This is truly the worst stay I have ever had. Also there are more bad reviews on this same hotel (same address) on trip advisor, the name is... more

I wish I had read the reviews before I stayed here. My experience at this hotel was horrible from the time we arrived until the time we left. There are plenty of hotels in this area, pick a different one for your stay. more

I have always had great experiences at Country Inns & Suites, until I stayed in Houston. While the accomodations were sufficient, the desk clerks were rude, and they were condescending in a way that made you feel as though you were imagining their rude behavior. They were often more interested in hanging outside the hotel with their friends than in... more

Thanks for submitting your review and giving me an inside look to my property. I'm often not able to find all problems due to my limited time and I appreciate the feedback. We have re-trained the whole front desk staff and replaced a few employees. Our number one priority will continue to be our guests.

My husband stayed here once over night to go to the airport, that was fine. This time we were here for 5 days and got a closer look. Couldn't wait to get out of there and go home. Surface was seemed clean but constructed shabily. Maid service took all day, they start knocking at the door at 8:00am I left... more

This place is absolutely horrible so be advised. First, upon checkin I asked them about reserving a place on their shuttle to make a flight the next day. They said just be there 10 minutes in advance and you will have no problem getting a seat. I asked again and got the same answer. The next morning, I was there... more

Thanks for submitting your review. The shuttle service is on a first come first serve basis. If the shuttle is full we do not wait for another 30 minutes to run the shuttle. We will continuously run the shuttle until all our guests are taken care of. We apologize if this caused any inconvenience.
