We booked one night as a part of a pre cruise stay. The package included the room and transportation to and from cruise ship. The price could not be bet. We arrived at Hobby airport about 8pm and they picked us up in the free shuttle about 15 minuted after I called them. Check in was fast and easy. The... more

This hotel sucks. Looking at all the +ve replies here, I booked my room and had to undergo the nightmare of my life. My car was vandalized, room smelt bad, wash basin wont drain water. Not sure where to start and where to end. Me and my family just stayed in this hotel yesterday and today morning when we came... more

We stayed in this hotel while evacuating from Gustav, we were very impressed! We had booked it through Expedia and got a Double Studio Room for $89.99 not bad at all. Hotel was very nice, check-in went smooth, the room was also very nice, the only thing was the bathroom was kind of tiny, we went to sit on the... more

No internet and no idea when it would be fixed, when we left after 1 day, it was still down. bugs in the bathroom. Very noisy room. beds were lumpy and old. Very rude staff and the front desk staff were clueless and had no desire to help us. The whole motel needs to be remodeled, Its old in a... more

Stayed at the Springhill. The kids loved the breakfast and waffle maker. The staff was very cordial all around. There is no business center and the neighborhood is kind of industrial. Not much to do within walking distance. Loved free wireless and ample parking. Gym is small and lacking equipment. Pool is outdoors and more like a toddlers area. The... more

In the Houston area for business. Stayed twice at this property recently. May 2007 and August 2007. Close to Hobby Airport. Complimentary airport shuttle. Rooms are nice and large with adequate lighting and work space. Small fitness center. Nice small hot buffet breakfast. Clean property. Will definitely stay again. more

This hotel is close to the airport, I45 and a strip joint. None of these were my preferences, but I did not see a hotel in Pasadena where my business meetings were. The suites were nice and seemed clean. The location was not my choice and there were few restaurant choices if you did not want chain fast food. I... more

While visiting MD Anderson, this was a great place to stay. Hotel Service was very accomodating and breakfast in the morning was good. Price was very reasonable. Rooms were clean and internet service good also. If one thing they could do was offer a shuttle to MD Anderson even if you had to pay something like $5 for trip there... more

When visiting our cousin and her children in the Houston area, we stayed one night at the Springhill suites by Hobby airport. The area around Hobby is rough so you need to be careful about where you choose to stay. This hotel seemed safe and was at a reasonable rate. The free breakfast is nice, especially if you have kids.... more

Although we only stayed there one evening, it was wonderful and a GR8 price! We had 3 adults in one suite, and we had plenty of room although the bathroom was VERY small. Everything was extremely clean inside the rooms and out. Conveniently close to Hobby airport and highway. The staff was also GR8 and the breakfast was way more... more
