Stayed here for two nights on 25Jan on our way back to the u.k. From Costa Rica. About an hour from the airport but easy to find. The staff here are excellent especially the lady who checked us in. We ate here twice and the food was excellent. Had the tilapia both times. The fire pit and pool looked good... More

After visiting family on Christmas Eve we spent the night at this hotel. It was our second visit and I'm sure there will be more in the future. We opted for the larger king room and loved it. So roomy, including a very large bathroom with double sinks and lots of counter space. Everything was very clean and well maintained.... More

I like this hotel as it has everything I need as a business traveler near Katy Freeway. That really is the main problem as you hear the roar of traffic. Too me it's more like white noise but could see how it is a problem for light sleepers. The concierge lounge food could be better.

Funny thing is that they know that. They have some noise cancelling device you could loan from front desk but I wasnt offered when checking in. Wrote to the GM who didnt seem to appreciate the feedback and made counter 'arguments'. Very unlike Marriott. The hotel needs to get airport quality sound proofing in windows to start with, and a... Selected for the location, this facility appears bright and colorful throughout. Front desk staff friendly and was very helpful since this was our first stay here. Room located on the east side of the ninth floor offered a view towards downtown. Our room was very clean and properly stocked with towels and amenities. The bed provided a great night's sleep.... I spent one night here when my house was being remodeled and overall it is a very solid property. What set's it apart is the staff. The front desk woman who checked me in (I wish I could remember her name but she is an older lady who has worked there for about a year and half and got her... More

I have 110 nights in Marriott properties this year and I would rate this average at best for a Marriott. Felt more like a lower end property. Smaller bar area, rooms are a good size. Here is the key -- right next to the highway, so the hotel actually has the offer of sleep machines in the room. If you... More

We came for one night at the beginning of November in 2015. We had booked a room with a balcony. We check in early online, and arrived 45 minutes after our anticipated arrival time and our room was not ready. At check in we are offered a suite, but that was rescinded after our room with the balcony suddenly became... More
