chosen for it being close to the Toyota center as per the manager which stated "4 blocks, you can walk there". It is in fact closer to a mile and a half and the area is not one where anyone should be walking at night. The room was well maintained but the staff seemed very uniformed about transportation (ie bus)... More

We went to a concert at the Toyota Center and wanted to have a good time without the worries of driving home afterward. This place was extremely close to the venue. I was very surprised at how clean and neat this place was for the price. It was also in a location right off the highway and there were 0... More

Room was clean, spacious and quiet. Nothing was luxurious, but no one said it was. Stayed to watch the Rangers and the Astros play, the clerk gave clear directions. The trip was about two miles. Price was very cheap for a nice room, especially one that was squeaky clean. They provided microwave, fridge, iron with ironing board and hair dryer.... More

While attending a week-long meeting at the convention center, I stayed at the Scotts Inn and Suites and would recommend it as an economical alternative to the convention hotels. Although the distance to this motel is close to 2 miles, the cost of two taxi runs daily (approx. $9-10 one-way) plus hotel fees combined is still only 50-60% of what... More

My room was big and clean. Nice sitting area at the front. Fridge (no freezer compartment) and microwave. Check in made me feel like I was at a late-night gas station with bullet-proof glass - it made me more than a bit nervous but when I got to the room I was pleasantly surprised. The property is walled so security... More

Scott's Inn and Suites is better than the Omni Hotels that my husband and I stay at Houston, Tx. The room is beautiful. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. My husband and I will definitely be back when we come back yo MD Anderson.

I booked my room and had to pay close to $80. Nothing is included( Internet or breakfast), the room smelled so strong of cleaning supplies I had to leave the door open, there was used soap still in the shower and to top it all off... I had no running water. When I asked for some kind of refund, they... More

Clean and well-kept rooms with friendly staff and services. Within walking distance to the University of Houston, a bus ride to downtown Houston and a couple convenience stores/fast food joints. Lots of hot water, new appliances/televisions and great wifi. The neighborhood is barren and lots of abandoned businesses but with the new train line passing by, the area should hopefully... More
