Very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend for Texas Medical Center patients. Shuttle van was very dependable and very convenient. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby. A great overall experience.

I never write reviews but I wanted to give a special THANK YOU to Oscar and Jewel for taking the time out to mail me some items that were left in our room during our stay. It also included a nice note and our items were nicely folded and jewelry placed in an envelope for us. To top it off,... More

Our stay was over 60 days while we were seen at MD Anderson. A stay over 30 days is tax free. Access to fast food, chain restaurants, and shopping centers is convenient. The shuttle service is invaluable. It is adjacent to interstate 610 and some rooms are noisy from the constant roar of the traffic.

The only good thing this hotel has going for it is its close proximity to the Texas Medical Center. Room access and doors open out to parking lots not a central interior hallway, you hear lots of traffic noise from U.S. Hwy. 59 outside, and no breakfast or newspapers are offered. The facility is outdated, shows its age and wear.... More

This hotel's location is perfect. It close everything whether a basketball game, business, or medical need. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very cleaning. You will not lack for comfort. We have stayed there about three times. Never disappointed.

BEWARE!!!! Don't stay here. You will get dirty rooms and excuses. Then be moved to another room and then told the room is complementary upon checkout. But watch it because they will duplicate a receipt that does not have your signature and submit a charge on you. This is the most deceitful hotel I have ever endured. I am a... More

Shuttle service to MD Anderson was very helpful. Room was kind of small did not have a sofa/recliner to sit and relax. (This was a double bed room). I would highly recommend stay for the price. Breakfast was ok.

We've stayed here before (this location is convenient to both surgery centers I've been to), but this stay was very different than the last. I am a Military Elite Rewards member, and showed my card at check in. This hotel does not acknowledge members. No bottled water (I sometimes count on that to take my medication), no cookies or chips.... More
