I've been staying at this hotel since 2005, one or two nights a week, and have "suffered" three owners. I can't understand why the franchise owner would neglect this property like this. We stayed here over a weekend for the Galleria and also went to the Auto Show over at Reliant Arena. Great location to get around Houston and several restaurants are close by to walk to. The hotel rooms are clean and freshly painted, the hotel seems to be completely remodeled. We stayed in three other hotels on our road trip to Houston, and this was by far the nicest. The front desk staff is friendly and hospitable and the location is great. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone. more
