The weekend experience of a couple's retreat was made extra special by the helpful staff and extra details they thought to add. The rooms were clean, quiet and spacious. The conference room was well suited for a small intimate group of couples.

This is the second time we have stayed here for a soccer tournament. My first impression was the staff here just was not as friendly as I recall before. Granted lots of soccer players running around the lobby and hotel and parents hanging out in the lobby. We got lots of leers from the staff. I know its hard with... More

Upscale facilities, with dining area on property. Breakfast is buffet style, with made to order omelettes. We felt rushed by the dining room staff, which did not add to this otherwise pleasant stay and is the reason for being rated 4 instead of 5.

Comfortable hotel for business travel to this area of Houston. I very much like this brand for their comfort, service, style and consistency. The food in the restaurant surpasses my expectations for hotel dining.

The hotel is located near many O&G companies, making it very convenient for business travellers. Also, nearby you can find many shops and restaurants, especially City Center. The hotel delivers a very pleasant stay, all spaces are clean and the staff is helpful. The only downside is the very noisy air conditioner in the room.

I was only at this hotel for a short period of time due to business requirements, however I was very pleased with the overall accommodations here. I will usually pay more for a hotel that I know is CLEAN, and this is exactly what I got here. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Had a reservation for a three day stay and needed to check in early. We had been traveling since early morning and needed to clean up before an interview. Contacted the hotel a day prior to request an early check-in. Spoke with front desk associate Dawn. She understood what we needed and stated they would do there best to accommodate... More

Since the first day of my MS150 bike ride got cancelled we decided to stay two nights in Houston at this hotel. The hotel was quite nice, especially for the price. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable. They had complimentary internet, and the business services (printing and faxing for free) helped with... Rooms were great, bed didnt do too well with my back, but all in all, it is a great hotel to stay. Staff was courteous and they offer a breakfast buffet so we didnt have to leave to try and get breakfast.

This hotel used to be great but has fallen down since I last stayed. If you like cold breakfast and tired shabby linens at a premium price you'll be OK with this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful but the owner needs to sink a little money in to keep up with Hilton standards.
