My husband and I stayed here for just one night and were blown away by the way the staff made us feel. The people taking care of us went above and beyond making us feel at home and welcome. We were offered freshly baked cookies and complementary water bottles. When we had a few question come up the staff responded... More

Front desk staff were really helpful in finding restaurants and additional local information. Awesome location, lots of restaurants and easy access to stores. The only complaint is that Hwy 290 is under construction, so entering the highway can be a little trying on your nerves.

I always stay at this hotel when in Houston Area. People are very friendly, rooms are quiet and clean. Lots of restaurants and stores in the area in case you forgot something when packing Close to all the major freeways and offers back ways to get to the major freeways in case of an accident on the freeway

Was coming to Houston for a brief business trip. The Hampton Inn was near by and offered a competitive rate compared to the other hotels in the area. The A/C was loud and could not be shut off due to the humidity (Houston summer). Due to construction on the freeway the hotel was a bit difficult to find but once... More

This is a great business class hotel. Great rates are available for weekends. The beds aren't bad. Awesome bbq next door. The only thing I didn't like were the crazy breakfast room attendants. One lady with the strange hair harrases the guests I mean she was nuts! And the third day I stayed, the little man wouldn't even put the... More

Checked in Aug 6th, third shift GSA was very friendly. Enjoyed her. Aug 9th, 3rd shift GSA was very rude, mean, and disrespectful. Her customer service was HORRIBLE! Next day, I wanted to report issues to MOD Aug 10th at 1 pm and she did not care. She, also, has HORRIBLE CS skills. Thumbs down.

The stay was very quiet and comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. It is located by many nice restaurants too. Breakfast was good as well. I needed and extra hour to check out and I was accommodated...no questions asked. I would stay here again if ever in the area.

Preface: there was nothing "wrong" with our room or the hotel in general. However, there were lots of small things that added up to cause some disappointed travelers. Our shower head, which they advertise as an amenity (Waterpik) only worked on one setting. The HVAC system cooled our room, but left it muggy, and the system was obviously dated. We... More

Whenever I would turn on the bathroom light, it would take a few minutes for the lights to be completely on. The lights would flicker and all the lights in the bathroom was off temperature. in the same fixture, you had warm white and day light together and over the vanity, you had daylight. turning on the light in the...
