Stayed here for a conference. Paid $85/night plus tax. My room (#916) was on the 9th floor, with a view of I-45 and direct, full-on, blinding morning sunlight. There were 10 floors in total; the top floor, though, is a club floor and required card access. The first night, I ordered room service. Big mistake. I ordered a grilled tuna... more

I decided to stay at this property after I stayed at the Marriott Courtyard next door on a previous visit. I'm glad I decided to try something different because I had a nice 4 day stay at this property. The room was nice, not the largest but nice. It was always clean and smelled fresh. I visited the free business... more

This hotel did not live up to the Courtyard brand standard. This property looks to have been renovated from a super 8 or something along those lines. The room and bathroom were extremely small and cramped. No wireless internet was available, I had to use an ethernet cord. The hallways were narrow and dark. This hotel is in desperate need... more

There are 4 hotels right together: Marriott, Courtyard, Drury and Spring Hill. Drury was sold out, so I booked here since my meeting was very close. Front desk staff, bellman/shuttle drivers, and especially the employee who runs the p.m. Concierge Lounge are fantastic! Room was comfortable and well designed. My concerns (addressed by manager): Housekeeping. I stayed here for 3... more

My husband had meetings at this property prior to our trip. They went well, so he felt confident about booking another stay, this time with family in tow. His confidence was justified: this is a very good hotel. They held our room despite our late arrival (we did call to make sure this would be all right, however.) We saw... more

My flight got canceled and at the last minute I needed a hotel near Houston's Hobby airport. I found room at the nearby Marriott and called for their shuttle inside the airport. The van quickly arrived and check in was a breeze. I must have gotten the last room because after me the hotel was full. The room was wonderful.... more

This hotel is very accessible to Hobby Airport. The staff is very nice. Okay, those are the two compliments. This is the first and only hotel I have ever encountered with a high fence around it and a room key required gate to enter the parking lot. This tipped me off that I was not in a great neighborhood. I... more

Distressed traveler situation. Very noisy room, windows not suited for airport noise. They did placate me with 5000 Marriott Points, and on next stay upgraded me. Staff was very nice. Just an avg. airport hotel. more
