First time at a Drury Inn, and I am IMPRESSED! Hard to do to a veteran of many brands. We're still here, but I had to write this while I have it fresh in my memory. Chris at the front desk was professional, informative & personable. When I asked to leave a key card for my husband to pick up... More

In my estimation, there is not a more consistent mid-range hotel chain anywhere. Regardless of where I stay with them, it always seems to be consistently good. Whatever they do at Drury, they should bottle it and sell it to other hotels. Arrived late at night. Desk clerk was extremely friendly (at midnight!) and had already upgraded me a nicer... More

I stayed here as the result of a flight cancellation after staying at the Hampton the night before. This was a much better experience. Kind front desk staff, clean room, and nice evening reception. As I did not have a vehicle food options were limited. There is a Taco Cabana across the street. Nice exercise room with functioning equipment. Free... More

I stayed here for 4 nights in February with my sister and parents. I hadn't realized that this hotel had recently been renovated. It was a nice surprise. The hotel interior including lobby, breakfast area, hallways, gym, pool, and rooms were all very clean and updated. The friendliness of the staff was exceptional. Our rooms were clean and quiet. The... More

our large suite room smelled of smoke. This is at least the second houston area drury hotel that smelled like smoke. when we checked in, the service desk wanred the couple BEHIND us not to leave anything in their car overnight but that same guest said NOTHING to us. When we checked in, the service desk didn't greet us, welcome... More

We, like so many others, spent days in Houston trying to get home to Chicago. After our second flight cancellation on Monday, we began to try to find a place to spend the night. We had no car (had turned in the rental), did have a cat, and were exhausted and disheartened. This Drury hotel not only made room for... More

We flew in one day early prior to a Princess cruise out of the new Bayport terminal in Houston. This hotel has been newly renovated and it was great. We had shuttle van driver Betty in the late afternoon who was very friendly. The shuttle van is complimentary from Hobby and the hours are from 6am to 8pm. You pick... More

Excellent in all areas. They picked us up at the airport and took us back the next morning to catch the cruise shuttle. We even booked a stay for after our cruise. The staff was friendly and made sure our needs were met like early check in and late check out at no extra charge. The beds were the most comfortable... This was perfect for my short business trip to Houston, an affordable option compared to the overpriced hotels downtown. Unlike many places near the airport, Drury Inn is on a side street that is quieter and gives easier access than the main thoroughfare. It was super easy to navigate to/from the airport auto rental lots, and there was direct access... More

Always have liked Drury Inns, and this one will be nice one day. But they were renovating, and the rooms are old and need it. The lobby is make shift and the rooms smell like old smoke. I can't wait to see if finished. They also have allot of noise during the redo. Call ahead and be sure they are... More
