After reading all the reviews, I wasnt sure if we should stay there. The lobby was beautiful and very clean. The staff were friendly as well. The beds were so compfy and we slept real well. They checked us into someone else's room and de-activated their keys. Emergency exits signs were laying in the hallways. Carpets were worn and buckled, people constantly tripped. I attended a conference at this hotel and was astounded at how completely awful the experience was. The staff was uniformly surly and unhelpful, the rooms smelled of sewage and the hallways smelled of mold, there was no information of any kind in the room, and despite three requests, a refrigerator that I needed for medical purposes was not provided.... more
