A group of five of us spent a night here on our journey to the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans. We had just completed a 14-hour Honolulu to Maui to Phoenix to Houston flight so we needed a place to recharge before undertaking the 350 mile drive to New Orleans. This hotel was amazing. I stayed here two nights. It's new and very clean. The staff and housekeeping are wonderful. They were extremely helpful. It was easy to find. I'm from Louisiana and didn't have any problems (Thanks to Mapquest) This will be my hotel of choice everytime I'm in the Houston area. I Loved this place more

This hotel was good and clean. The breakfast was a decent one, not just doughnuts. The bathroom was nice and updated. The staff were friendly. We have stayed here twice. more

My family and I stayed here after returning from a trip to Florida, and were pleasantly surprise. The night before, we stayed in a Motel 6 that was just horrible. My wife was happy to move and was very comfortable with our stay here. Would stay again. more

I went online to cancel this reservation and got the confirmation number and all. When I went to look at my statement two weeks later, they charged me for it anyways. When I called Best Western offices, they said I had to contact the site directly to get the refund. When I contacted the site directly, and spoke to the... more
