Beautiful hotel, with lovely staff and great complimentary breakfast served daily. Also has a bar/grill that was quite tasty too! Finally, the bed was very comfortable! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying for business or pleasure!

Service is top notch. Rooms are clean and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils. A working dishwasher is appreciated. Towels are not quite the top of the line. Breakfast is excellent with omelets prepared to your specifications. Fresh fruits are available at front desk (coffee is only available at breakfast time).

Suites have comfortable furniture and bed and a full service kitchen. Every detail has been taken care of from dish soap to salt and pepper. The highlight of our stay was the buffet breakfast. The omelet station attendant was superb. She greeted every guest and offered an omelet. She walked around and made sure that guests' needs are taken care... More

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback Tu Lan N. I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with us, and I'm even more delighted to read such wonderful comments about our breakfast team! The folks who oversee our breakfast buffet not only get here before everyone else, but they don't stop moving till they're in their cars... More

I was only there for 1 night but as usual with Hyatt Place/House, the room was very clean and inviting. I was very surprise to see a walk-in closet in a hotel. The shower had very good water pressure and plenty of hot water as well. The bar area was inviting and the bar tender was very friendly.

I stayed here one night last week. I thought the bed was comfortable and clean. The shower had nice hot water. I think one of the bad things is when you stay one night the ice maker does not make much ice. This is the same at most Hyatt houses and other extended stays as well. Overall great room

Thank you so much for your feedback Snwire1. We love to hear from our guests, especially when someone has a suggestion for how we can create a more memorable stay for future guests! I was not aware of the issue related to our in-room ice makers, but I can see how that would be really frustrating. I will share your... More

Great staff and a great hotel! Nice rooms and breakfast was very nice! We got a great deal on this hotel and it had many amenities. The location was great. It was very convenient to I-10. When we had small issues they were attended to quickly and solved.

The property is very well managed. The entire staff is well engaged and empowered to make the guest experience enjoyable. The rooms and grounds are well kept and secure. The location is super-- offering quick access (even during Houston's tough rush-hours) to the popular energy corridor business area....and it is right off of I-10 for easy access to anywhere in... The showers & the room itself was so peaceful that we rarely left the room. The pool was nice, free breakfast was an added bonus, internet & room size was much bigger than your typical hotel size rooms. Stayed in a king studio suite with full kitchen. Would recommend any Hyatt, especially the resorts. Now those are amazing & very... More

We booked this hotel a number of weeks in advance of a trip because it had a hot tub. When I called the day before arrival and explained we would be there the next day and needed to make sure the tub was in working order, we were assured it was. When we arrived, and checked in (for a free... More

We stayed at this Hyatt House for one night when in town for the rodeo. From the moment we walked in everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking with the general manager, Sylvester, at breakfast. He went above and beyond with his extremely friendly manner. He is a perfect example of what excellent customer service looks like.... More
