The Hyatt House’s are more of an extended stay place with kitchens. We only stayed one night and didn’t use the kitchen area. It would be great for longer stays as it has a full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Breakfast is included and came with an omelets station. There is plenty of parking and numerous restaurants in the... More

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Easy access to I-10. Looks to be newly renovated so everything seemed to be in pretty good shape. Stainless steel appliances. Will definitely stay here again.

It's not really a Hyatt as it's a more of a budget hotel. For access to the energy corridor it is perfectly located. It has reasonable facilities and the staff are very helpful. However, the temperature control on the A/C couldn't be adjusted, and it's was freezing in the mornings, plus it stunk! I ended up buying air fresher but... More

We tried this hotel our for a "stay-cation" and ended up leaving early. Pool is absolutely tiny and probably could not fit the maximum capacity allowed of 25. The workout room matched the pool with four machines a half dozen or so random freeweights. The water tasted funny in the water cooler - it was hard to determine whether that... More

I really like the evening social hour four nights a week. Really nice food and we didn't have to get dinner. Breakfast was way superior to usual hotel fare. We were offered a free upgrade from a one to a two bedroom suite, which was very welcome as there were four of us. The suites are huge anyway! It was... More

Room phone didn't work. Stains on ceiling. Some electrical outlets didn't work. Walking to the building where breakfast was served, a black guy was following my wife and I back a ways and yelled "I'm going to f... You up". Fortunately we were close the the door with our key card. I was wishing I had a concealed carry permit... More

I had a meeting scheduled. Checked in, had a person at the front desk give me directions to find what I wanted. Drove almost 5 miles and never found it. Came back. Seems like it has gone downhill a bit.......saying that its not the staff they were wonderful and went out of their way to help.
