Stayed here for a week while attending a course nearby. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. Room was very good and plenty of room as I had a some co-workers visit for refreshments. Decent kitchen and sitting area. Bed was very comfortable, Internet was a pretty good speed. Wardrobe space plentiful Breakfast was a very good variety and more... More

This was a very out dated hotel where the rooms had been renovated but still outdated. My room was in the back building so expressway noise was not a problem. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. However, during my stay, there was a bad ice storm and we lost internet service and hot water was out one of the... More

So I booked here in order to be close to my energy client (right down the street). Only one night stay but I have to say the people here were fantastic. As shown in other reviews the physical plant is the physical plant although some big improvements are in the works right now. In my experience an okay building with... More

Noisy, too close to hwy, bugs( silverfish) in the rooms. Called for maintenance for toilet at 8 pm and was told no service man on site. What kind of hotel doesn't have a maintenance guy on site?? Definitely not a Hyatt we're used to.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a full breakfast that was good. But the property seemed a bit worn and I did not sleep well there. Too much noise from the highway (a known risk), the parking lot, and the A/C turning on and off.

Is an average hotel, with kitchen in the room. Good thing is the room had DVD player. There is no breakfast. Is a little bit pricey for what they offer. Is a good location, but there are better offers close. Good parking lot, and rooms are quiet.

We stayed here after scoring an outstanding $59 rate for two nights on priceline. The location was very central to all that we were doing in Houston. The beds were very comfortable and we had wonderful nights rest. Some have complained of noise, but we were in the building in the back on the third floor and did not have... More

Discovered this hotel while searching for a place to stay for my annual trip to Houston. This hotel in my mind is more of an extended-stay facility. There is a full kitchenette with large refrigerator, two burner electric cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, even a toaster. There are utensils and cookware also. If you're not planning to cook and want to visit... More

This hotel should not carry the Hyatt or Hyatt House Brand. The staff at this property is friendly and efficient BUT the tool they have to work with (the property) is seriously broken; no matter how good the staff is there is little they can do. The hotel sits on I-10 and if you have a forward facing room you... More
