I stayed in one of the Grand Deluxe guestrooms and it was very nicely furnished and comfortable. The room is 5 stars. The service is 5 stars as well, but there is not a whole lot of things to do on-site. It is, however, nearby some restaurant and shopping areas. Great pool w/gym and sauna.

It is very rare to visit a hotel and feel that the entire staff is working from the same model of making that visitor feel welcome. The St. Regis Houston is such a rare place. From the moment, I entered the lobby I felt welcome and valued.

This a fabulous hotel and is so peaceful. The downside for me was no coffee making facilities in the room. Bed was extremely comfortable, although the carpet never got vacuumed in 4 days. We stayed there two nights and found the hotel conveniently located five minute drive from the Galleria and other major shopping malls, and the staff is very accommodating. For St. Regis quality, the price is very reasonable. The rooms are spacious, breakfast was average and expensive for what it was. Definitely staying there again.

The hotel is beautiful. The room is perfect. we were on the 10th floor. the valet men were very kind and friendly. we had brunch on sunday, and the staff was wonderful. it was a large group and they did their best to accommodate us all. Spent one night here. Great location and as usual for St. Regis, lovely room and great service. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful stay. Wish we had a few more nights to enjoy our suite! Perfect
