The St Regis is an elegant hotel! Large well appointed rooms with Butler service as needed. Supremely attentive gracious staff. I am only sorry that I was here for one night. i hope to return for a longer stay.

I was visiting for a conference. Service was great and rooms were fantastic. I am a regular of peninsula and 4 seasons and i was really impressed. SPA needs improvement with more space and luxury but otherwise great experience. I will be back!

My company had a function here today and I stayed 2 nights at the St. Regis. The customer services was just extraordinary! Everyone went out of their way to make the stay wonderful and I really did feel like I was the only person at the hotel (I did stay on a Tuesday- Thursday, so that may have made a... More

It was great to read your review following your company's business meeting at the Hotel. Traditionally this Hotel is busiest during the week, Mondays to Thursdays, as the majority of our guests do travel here during the workweek. Glad you found the room appointments so comfortable but was sorry to read of your disappointment with the Spa and its equipment.... More

We stayed at the St. Regis over a long weekend. We booked an Astor corner suite with one bedroom and 1.5 bathroom. Welcome: We got to the hotel in a taxi (yes we were offered the Rolls Royce transportation but we declined). The hotel looked very classy and was full of wonderful orchids. The decor is old-classic, nice but looks... More

Thank you for choosing the St. Regis Houston for your weekend getaway and your comments following your stay are much appreciated. The Hotel is planning a refreshment of the lobby and public areas this Summer following the rehab of the Mezzanine level, and Ballroom last Spring. Hopefully, you will have an opportunity to see its transformation. Your comments regarding the... More

We stayed at the St. Regis for three nights with our young daughter and could not have been more pleased. As others have said, the service is on par with what has come to be expected of this type of property. All staff was friendly and welcoming (we had concerns with a young child, but no one could have been nicer).... More

Was pleased to learn that you chose The St. Regis Houston for a family stay and experienced only the finest in service standards while here. The Hotel does indeed have a great Spa and Fitness Center located close to the pool deck. The fresh flowers are found throughout the lobby and public spaces. Our valet staff are efficient and quick... More

Absolutely excellent stay at the St. Regis. From the valet, to the front desk, the bell boy, and in room service, the hotel did not falter. I book the Astor corner suit for a lovely evening getaway. This room was gorgeous. One bed and 1.5 bath. It has absolutely everything that you could imagine. Decor wonderful, w/ a view of... More

We stayed here for a one-night stopover before flying back to the UK. The staff were friendly and efficient, the rooms (and beds) comfortable and the breakfasts substantial (as you'd expect) and very good. The bar is a nice place to visit for a drink or two. The decor is very classic - fairly plush, lots of wood and brass,... More

compared to my first 10 days at the nearby Hilton Post Oak, which felt chaotic and old, the St Regis Houston was a much more professional, well-run, serene oasis of calm. Staff are friendly and accomodating, and bed is very comfortable. My room had a small sitting area that was very tastefully done; it just felt like the right atmosphere... More

Hotel feels dated from the hallways to the elevator to the rooms. While dated, the rooms were quite comfortable. Bathroom was nice and had good products (Remede). The breakfast area looked nice but service was incredibly slow - it took them 25 minutes to get me soft boiled eggs. After I asked twice why it was taking so long they... More

Thank you for taking the time to let us know your thoughts on the appointments of the Hotel. Please allow me to apologize for your poor experience in the Remington for breakfast. I will most definitely share... More

This is a well located and comfortable hotel. The rooms need to be updated but they are still quite acceptable. The staff, particularly the front door staff are particularly helpful and courteous. The hotel still charges for WiFi which is very annoying in this day and age. The breakfast excellent altho a little pricey. All in all a good experience.
