My wife and I typically stay at the St. Regis when we want to have a weekend away in our backyard and they never disappoint. St. Regis was FAB! I loved every min of it... the only disadvantages was we were away from restaurants/eateries however the hotel provide free shuttle from any travel within mile so we went to the Galleria Mall quite a few times to eat. and the gym was tiny. Great service. Great staff and very clean hotel. more

The hotel was wonderful...first class, goregous accomodations and a very friendly staff. My only complaint was there was only Valet Parking, not self park. more

We had a wonderful time! We were travelling with a 2 year old and a 10 month old. The St. Regis was incredibly accomodating. We had plenty of room for two baby beds. from the valet parking to the bellman to the frindly and informed front desk to the clean room ...perfect.... well managed and perfect hotel in this busy city, with courteous and informed staff. all round a great place I would recommend to anyone whether for a business trip or a leisure trip. all good. more

Stayed this weekend at the St. Regis in Houston. Many nice features. Front desk staff, bellman and valets, and the bartender at Remington's were excellent. The housekeeping was ok. The pool service was poor. Had to call about towels two of three days. Great drink service one day--non-existent on the other two days. Toiletries were just ok. No free internet.... more
