This hotel had a fair rate at just $50 a night. The room was kept at excellent condition, and I have never met a staff member so nice. He greeted me with much love and let me out of the lobby into the hotel room in a friendly manner. The room itself had great amenities including a flat screen tv,... More

We stayed on a Friday night. Checked in after 11pm. It was quick and no hassles. The room is a good size with lots of furniture and appliances (except a coffee maker). The air conditioner was the coldest I have ever experienced. Wifi was good. Always like a fridge and microwave. Bed was large and very comfortable. The only complaints... More

This hotel/motel is an older property-exterior entry into rooms, no elevator. The property is beautifully landscaped, and the exterior of the buildings appear well-maintained. Our room (124) appeared to be newly renovated, and came equipped with a micro-fridge, microwave, as well as a wide selection of TV channels. The beds were firm, but comfortable. The a/c in our room worked... More

Very basic room- the main door wouldn't lock properly- scary. Its also an odd location. Bathroom door lock wouldn't work too. Housekeeping forgot someone's socks from cleaning. Not a great experience. Many hotels around in the area at better locations.

It's in an odd location in North Houston, situated across the street from Wendy's and tucked back behind a small business. After the light, you have to make an immediate right to find the street. We missed it twice! The lobby is disappointing as is the breakfast, but the room itself is great, especially for the less than $40 rate.... More

We used frequent flyer miles to book this stay and weren't really sure what to expect. It's located about 15 minutes from downtown houston. The only thing within walking distance is a wendys. The bed was really uncomfortable and we woke up the first night with back pain. That being said the place is clean. The flat screen TV is... More

The only minus is the limited breakfast and that it stops at 9am. The price is good enough that you can get food elsewhere. As seniors we paid $40.99+Tax, the room (112) was totally renovated. The wall paint, the carpet, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom totally adequate. We came in at the start of colds and extended two extra... More

I came to houston for a holiday and only required basic accomodation so booked into the econo lodge on Hoover street and I was pleasantly surprised. It is true that you get what you pay for ( I paid £34 a night) but I found it to be excellent for the money. The room was cleaned every day the staff... More
