I book all of our companies travel arrangements. It is standard procedure to call after booking online and request a credit card authorization. Usually this is a simple procedure. I have never seen a more friendly staff before at any hotel. I would recommend this hotel to my own parents. The front desk staff was very curtious and never hesitated to answer any of my questions. I do remember this one young lady that just started there and i believe her name was Trish. She is the most sincere... more

Called to make a reservation and the lady was very rude. I am from out of state and when I hesitated while answering her questions (as I had to confirm with other people in my party) she started to yell. I booked it and then called back a little while later to cancel after reading terrible reviews and she yelled... more
