My family & I spent one night in May 2009 as part of a shopping trip. The hotel charged us for a missing pillow afterwards, which we absolutely did not take. The customer service afterwards turned out to be a very negative experience. We will never stay at this hotel again. more

For us, and probably a lot of guests here, Hillsboro is not a destination - it's a "way station". This Hampton Inn was a very welcome surprise - new, clean and very conveniently located off the Interstate. Very nice outdoor pool - we get tired of the indoor pools during summer trips. Very nice breakfast too. more

Our arrival at the Hampton Inn Hillsboro was a late one, so we were grateful that the check-in process was smooth and quick. They had my room keys waiting for me when I got there, so the whole check-in process took less than five minutes. This is a first class hotel. Friendly staff. Quality rooms. Feel of a first class expensive hotel. Had Issue but management made all right. more

New, Clean, Beautiful Decor, Comfortable, Friendly, and good breakfast too! They have my business anytime I am in that area. BUT, don't be tempted to run next door to the resturant for a quick meal. Took 1hr 15min for us to grab something to eat. The food was OK to Good, but so SLOOOOOOOW. more

We stayed there on Sept 30th and were just hoping to get clean rooms and comfortable beds. We got both with this hotel. Also the overnight guest staff was EXCELLENT - friendly and very helpful. Keep up the great work Hampton Inn ! more
