This place wasn't for me -- I left after the first night of a 4 night reservation. It's not so bad... I've just been spoiled by the new Holiday Inn Express hotels everywhere. We have stayed in this hotel on several occasions while visiting family in the area. Each time we have been treated courteously and waited on promptly. Our rooms have always been very clean and we have not been disturbed by outside noise. Our children have been able to go to the desk to request items needed and were kindly helped.... more

The hotel is great. They have a service desk attendant named Connie that is the best we have ever seen. She is knowledgeable and courteous and always has a smile and a joke to help pass the time. =-) excellent service, ask for Connie to help u. more

I have only stayed here at this Holiday Inn Express once. My experience was as one only expects on an average basis.
