Will not return. Room Saver coupon said, "All New Rooms" - not even close! Rooms were recently painted and had new carpet and bedspreads, but that's about it. Bathroom just short of "grungy" and we returned one pillow to the front desk and suggested they throw it out it was so soiled under the pillowslip. Pool very small and full... more

This hotel intentionally doubled their prices for Thursday, Friday and Saturday for the evacuation of Hurricane Rita. When I contacted the corporate office they told me the hotel ownwers could charge whatever they wanted. I have forwarded the information to the Attorney General but I think others should know what kind or people they're dealing with here. more

I arrived and they seemed genuinely irritated that I got a good rate for my suite. The continental breakfast was absolutely minimum. The waffle iron did not work. They didn't have enough food out to feed my family (unless they all liked cereal). They did not clean my room the first night. The food in the vending machines was expired.... more
