Owner was rude and kept making racial comments towards us! Hotel rooms were filthy and the bathtub had roaches crawling in it. Bed sheets and comforters were covered in stains - mattress cover was dirty and covered in "hairs" - the mattress had blood on it. We complained to the owner and she said she could not move us to... By far the worst service at a hotel I have ever experienced. First we were told by paying cash we would get a discount. Asked repeatedly for receipts through the stay and there was always some excuse why we couldn't have one. Never got one. The breakfast consists of stale fruit loops, or outdated powdered donuts. That's if they decide... More

Spent a week there last week and the staff was very friendly. Made us feel right at home. Very comfortable and affordable. Nice view of a small lake on one side. We loved it and will definitely stay again.

there was no phone, no internet, no TV upon arriving. Was told I was 20 minutes early and these things would be repaired in 20 minutes. After 2 hours I checked again and was told 20 minutes. Another 2 hours and I checked again once again was told 20 minutes . Thirty minutes later went up to check out and... More

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone & if this wasn't the only room available in the area I would have stayed elsewhere, no matter the cost! I arrived later in the evening, which should not have mattered since I held the room with my credit card, only to discover that the front counter lady had canceled my reservation.... More

Don't judge the book by its covers. The photos that they posted on their website looked decent, wait until you get into the hall of doom. First of all, bad service, second of all, you can't find any service at night after 11 o'clock except for the phone that connected you to someone. There were barely any vehicles in the... More

The outside of the Hotel and the entry appeared nice, there was even a little lake on the back side. This is where nice... More

Stayed at this place and it was horrible ! While checking in it took the lady about 30 min to check in, give key and print a single receipt. Then we were told that we could get to our room by entering through the door in the middle of the hotel, NO DOOR, this was located at the end of... More

The only issue at this time with this hotel was the construction on Loop 820 making access challenging. The room was large and very comfortable. Nisha, the manager, gave excellent customer service and was helpful with questions I had. Next time I'm in the Ft. Worth area, I'll stay here!
