We had to go to three rooms. First time we went to the room, we were suppose to have a kitchenette, we did not. Second time, the beds weren't made. Third time, we received a call from the front desk, AFTER we got our suit cases telling us from a woman who said we couldn't stay in that room because the price was higher EVEN though the man we talked to said that it was right.
We went and got our money back and were VERY happy to get out of there. Around the hotel we felt unsafe with the amount of people just standing around watching. more
