This is one of the best, newest, quietest cleanest hotels around. VERY convenient to L3 facilities on Majors Field and good options for dining within walking distance. Govt rate available. Staff is nice, professional speedy and efficient.

First, let me say that the staff at this hotel couldn't have been nicer. They were helpful, friendly, and informative! We loved the room. The service was great. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was quiet, easy to find. The room was mise and big. Very quiet. The price was a little high for Greenville, but you get what you pay for. We've stayed in other hotels there, and weren't as pleased.

My first experience to Hampton would be 2006. Since this excellent experience have made me to select Hampton if the area is available. Good price including good breakfast, clean room and bed, easy parking, it just like to stay in home.

I stay at this hotel every time I visit the Greenville, Texas area. I the staff is friendly and the property is always very clean. There is several places near by to eat and it is a short drive to other attractions in the area.

We have stayed at this locale many times in the past, enroute from Arkansas to Austin. Always an anticipated stay. Friendly folks, and great accomodations. Good job ! Stayed over a busy weekend March 2015...good thing I reserved rooms early. I needed a handicapped room with adjoining king room and this was the only one in the area that could meed those requirements. The hotel was always neat. The staff was always accommodating and thorough. The maid force was present during most of the day and always willing to provide any extra room supplies needed. The free continental breakfast has a full time attendant; so everything remains stocked during breakfast hours....or can be stocked if you notice something that needs attention.

Poor service. room type booked over 2 weeks prior to stay. room type not available when arrived. claimed that the rooms were allocated that morning but somehow mine didn't make the cut. they offered to take $9 off of the room, but who cares about that

Hotel staff were very professional and nice but the hotel itself was built poorly. If you are easily awakened, you will not sleep well at this hotel. It was clear that a guest had spilled something sticky somewhere in the hotel but I stayed in several rooms over a month period and the carpets were sticky in all of them.... More
