The Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine is nothing but a top notch facility. My wife and I have absolutely no complaints. The people that have made complaints are just complainers by nature. The room was huge and extremely clean and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for anything different in it. The waterpark was great, the kids and the wife had a... More

Wonderful to hear. I am so glad that your family enjoyed all that Great Wolf has to offer. We do our best to accommodate all of our guests and I am extremely pleased to know that your family will be returning soon. If time allows, I would suggest a return visit during our Howl-O-Ween celebration. The lodge will be decked... More

No valet. Nobody to help you unload your car. You park yourself and make many trips to get all your stuff to your room...which is at least a good 10-15 minute walk. NO ROOM SERVICE AT ALL. This was a huge disappointment to my family as we had driven many long hours, were exhausted and hungry. We get to our... More

We just returned today after staying two nights in a Wolf Den Suite.. My 5 and 8 year old kids loved having their own room and bunk beds. The entire hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. On the first day we all felt that the indoor water was too cold! Maybe we were just overtired from the drive... More

Location is great - close to airport, shopping, restaurants etc in the Grapevine/Southlake area of DFW. No need to eat at the hotel if you have access to a car. Concept was great - but I was disappointed to see that anything 'extra' the kids wanted to do cost a bundle. The Wizard Wand game was very expensive so we... More

We were at the Great Wolf Lodge on the same day as the family who complained about roached. I never saw a single bug. Everything was immaculately clean and bug free. The water park was wonderful with activities for all ages. Our group ranged from 6 to 64 in ages and we all loved every minute. The Magic Quest was... More

We killed 10 roaches and 1 spider during our 1 night stay. When we arrived at 1:30 pm. to room 1035 my wife killed a roach in one of the bathrooms. As I walked in I saw a spider run across the carpet. I stepped on it. We were hoping this would be the end of our bug problem. We... More

Went in March with my Wife and 5 kids ranging in age from 5 to 15 years old. Spent ONE night in a kid cabin suite and roughly cost $650 for the room and waterpark access. You have waterpark access from the day you check in until the end of the day that you check out. They provide a clean... More

This place for me, was so different from most hotels I've been too. Just the Magic Quest alone was enough to keep me bringing my kids back every year. Having the indoor water park was absolutely amazing. So much fun and it was really cool to be laughing and having a good time at the park one day while you... More

Making time for your family is a rule here at Great Wolf Lodge. Our lives tend to be so busy that when you do break away, even if just for a day, you should be able to make some GREAT memories. As you mentioned, Great Wolf Lodge is weatherproof. During the rain or snow, your family will always be able... More

We are local to the Dallas area and decided to go to GWL for just a night with our kids for a fun summer weekend. I did check around when I made the reservation and got the basic family room (two queens, sleeper sofa) for 199$/night. I would not be happy had i paid the 300+ I hear others paying... More
