I've never had a bad experience in a Hyatt Place and love staying in them when needing to stay close to an airport and this hotel was no exception. The staff was friendly, offered to pick us up at our car rental dropoff, and were helpful with any questions we had. The room was immaculate, the beds very comfortable, and... More

This is the best hotel for under $90 I've ever stayed at. I chose Hyatt Place from among the cluster near the Grapevine Mills mall (our destination was the Legoland Discovery Center) because the rate was lower than most and it looked to be in good shape from the photos. I was not disappointed -- great hotel. I was worried... More

Every place in the hotel except for your room was terribly hot, especially the elevator. I had billing problems that have not been corrected 4 days now and the manager will not answer or return phone calls. Absolutely incompetent!

We stayed at the Hyatt Place for a 24 hour stay during a transit at DFW airport. We have two boys 7 and 11. The room was large with 2 (small) double beds and a sofa bed. The room was very clean and comfortable with the air conditioning performing well despite an outside temperature of 38 degrees (Celcius). The fitness... More

Good experience overall. I thought it was a no-frills, standard, clean, business-class hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast (included in cost) was good. Big plus: free shuttle to/from airport to/from hotel and to/from surrounding areas, including the Gaylord Texan Resort. Other big plus: complimentary, wi-fi throughout the hotel that worked very well. Bed was clean and comfortable.... More

Five of us girls from the office went to Grapevine for a weekend of shopping & Christmas stuff. Grapevine is the place to go. Hyatt had a special rate and shuttle service. The room was great and included breakfast. But the staff & shuttle service was fabulous. They took us everywhere plus a side excursion to look at lights and... More

Hyatt Place Grapevine is a good hotel. Rooms are spacious, and with seperated sections. The sofa in the "living room section" was actually really comfy for a hotel sofa. The TV was a 42 inch flatscreen. The bed was good as well. A bit unusual was the bathroom design. The washbowl is actually in the bedroom, only the toilet and... More

Went here to be close to the mall. I loved the room, it was great for the price. The guy who drove the shuttle was awesome, he took us all over town. The next morning for breakfast I was angry. The "free" breakfast turned into me paying 8 bucks for a burrito. The cook couldn't speak English or understand it.... More

I stayed here two nights for business. The location was convenient for where I needed to travel daily. Check in was quick and effective. Room was clean and modern with sitting room with large sofa, desk and mini fridge. Nice flat screen TV between the sitting room and bedroom. The bathroom is on the small side and doesn't leave much... More
