Parking and front desk staff are great. This is a very nice Embassy Suites. Try the chicken quesadilla it's pretty darn good here. The Grapevine Mills mall is right next door although it seems to have really gone down hill lately.

You have to pay extra for Internet access. The tv has satellite tv so only about 4 analog channels work.
