Stayed as part of a very large group that had rented space for a private banquet. When my husband arrived (the day before I did), his reservation for a single bed room was incorrectly made for two doubles. They fixed that right away and we ended up with a pretty spacious suite (although the open shower was odd and left... More

Excellent quick stay for a business convention. Clean, quiet room. Really good food at the Windfall restaurant (breakfast was a full buffet with omelet station, lunch was another full buffet plus made to order tacos) and also the Vineyard restaurant was good. Concierge attendants were very helpful - printed our boarding passes for our flights for us and gave us... More

For some reason, I never like Dallas hotels. Unfortunately the Hilton DFW Lakes fits the profile. To summarize, it is a large, lifeless building, presumably designed to be as bland as possible, so as not to distract from the similarly characterized conferences that take place there. My room was small, dark, and must have been designed at least twenty years... More

Staff were friendly but did not go out of their way to make my experience better than average. It was a very gold morning and the water in the shower was luke warm at best. The room was clean and quiet. The room we had our meetings in did not have ample outlets to plug in laptops or charge cell... More

Front desk was rude, and didnt like to be bothered about my room which I didnt have. I did not get a room until 6 pm. All the other members of my group got a room by 11 am. I had to store my luggage elsewhere while my conference was going on, and even after it was over I still... More

This is a very nice Hilton Property, the breakfast is out of this world! Try the Turkey Club Panini for lunch! If you want a world class experience in DFW, this is it! Hopefully, I will get to use other amenities at the hotel on my next visit.

Huge hotel. Great for meetings and events. REALLY close to airport, and no noise from airport. Helpful, polite staff. Nice rooms, well kept. Too far out if you are on vacation and want to be in downtown Dallas.

Hotel was very comfortable, rooms were updated and comfortable. Staff attentive and food was good. not 5 star but good. Meeting accommodations were very good with stadium seating, good sound quality for the meetings. Staff was attentive to the needs of the coffee/snack area and the amenities for the meeting rooms were very good.

This Hilton is conveniently located, has nicely appointed rooms, great lobby, the staff were all nice and helpful, free parking, wifi worked well. The inside pool area looked very nice although we did not use it. Whataburger and Bass Pro Shop are across the street.

I spent seven nights over Christmas, 2014, at this lovely hotel. Sometimes large facilities let the little things go, but not this location. Big kudos and thanks to an excellent bell staff. They went out of their way to be helpful in every way. At a time when no one particularly wants to work (Christmas eve/day), the staff, from front... More
