Great staff and facilities. No wi-fi in the rooms, Shuttle driver was rude and left us. My family was behind the Shuttle and i was coming through the lobby when he left us. I was 2 min past the hour. I cannot place the blame on the hotel, but the shuttle driver could have been more courteous towards my family.

My mother-in-law was lost due to a faulty GPS. I handed the phone to Mr. William Wheeler, who is the concierge there, and he stayed on the phone with her, directing her the entire way, until she pulled into the hotel entrance. What a lovely man! Thanks, Stephanie P.

I was at this facility for 3 days and the conference facilities were very good and accomodated our group well. The guest rooms were spacious and quiet. The restrauant and bar offered good food, but the staff in each place was not very friendly. If the staff had been more friendly this would have been a near perfect stay.

My experience at this hotel was most favorable. The hotel accomodations were above average and the hotel staff could not be any nicer. The rooms were clean, comfortable and good sized. The gym was large and had various equipment right down to a jump rope. The hotel staff could not have been any nicer and the concierge more knowlegeable.

Had a great time. Perfect location for any North Dallas event. Cool outdoor pool area on the banks of a river. Also have nice indoor pool for rainy/cold days. Staff could not be better and room exceeded expectations.

Was probably nice twenty years ago. Bit of a trek from the airport and probably not the best choice unless you plan to use the conference or leisure facilities. Nothing particularly bad about the place, but not that cheap and everything feels a little tired and in need of updating.

During my one-week conference in Dallas, we were booked at the Hilton DFW Lakes. We received free airport shuttle service that was always ontime from doorstep to doorstep. Business hotel and rooms feel dated, especially the really small bathrooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Ordered a hamburger for diner and actually sent it back it ws so bad. Never ever had to do that before BUT they were very gracious about it.
